Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created by Aarsis Solutions for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to Aarsis Solutions' right to use general methodologies and know-how.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• Payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable and available Services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services with reasonable notice.

Support

Support is provided according to the terms of your service agreement. We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarsis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarsis Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, or through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aarsis Solutions regarding the use of our Services.
